How was the project born?
The project MAMMOOV was born from the collaboration between LCR-EVENTS and GE HEALTHCARE, with a truck and semi-trailer for mobile breast cancer screening. After two years of experience across Europe, we founded LCR-HEALTHCARE to design innovative mammography trucks and mammography vans, combining performance, accessibility and user comfort. We are transforming the concept of Mammography trailers with innovative solutions: MAMMOOV'L offers a battery electric autonomy for more flexible testing, while MAMMOOV'XS and MAMMOOV'S offers Electric vehicles, combining sustainable mobility and accessibility.
What's a Mammography Van or Trailer ?
A Mammography truck is a vehicle designed and equipped to perform breast cancer screening examinations, As close as possible to the patients. This type of vehicle allows making screening accessible to womenin particular those living in rural or remote areas of health centres. Mammobiles are often used for mobile screening campaigns, providing wider and more practical access to breast cancer prevention. Mammobiles can also be called mobile mammography units, mobile trucks, mammobus, mammography vehicles, mammography truck, breast cancer screening vehicle, mammography trucks...
